Update: I emailed as requested and received a call back from Brett. He sincerely apologized and is committed to making things right. I appreciate his professionalism and his efforts to resolve the issue. Things don't always go as planned, but the fact that they genuinely want to make things right shows that they care about their customers. Their response and commitment to resolving the issue have restored my confidence, and I would be willing to use their services again in the future. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original: I've been here before and didn't hesitate to return when I needed an alignment. Unfortunately, the customer service during this visit was disappointing. The person at the counter seemed very busy and didn't take the time to discuss the issue I was experiencing. The interaction was basically, "Where are your keys? We'll take a look." After the alignment was completed, I asked the technician if he noticed anything that could be causing the problem. His response was, "No one told me I was looking for anything specific." I paid $189 for the alignment, but my original concern was never

Had an excellent experience with Brett at Butler Tires & Wheels. I had come in to ask some questions and tell him what my wife was interested in for her new suv and he was able to give me several options and an excellent price and quote for a new set of tires & wheels. Very, very pleased! We will definitely be returning.

I must say customer service is EVERYTHING! On October 15th, I decided to drive 30 minutes to this location, but the service was good and fast during my first visit. I arrived at 1120 hours and discovered they no longer take tap to pay as a payment method. Around 1130 hours, they pulled my vehicle to the bay. At approximately 1341 hours, my vehicle wasn't complete. I was only getting a High-speed balance for the two front wheels. I witnessed the technician sit inside his gold-colored Infinity sedan for 10 minutes. He exits the car, enters the garage, and doesn't touch my tires for an additional 10 minutes. I will not be returning to this location. Lastly, the tech spent a lot of time putting tire shine on the tires when my truck was dirty. I thank him for the nice gesture, but I've already waited too long. At approximately 1400 hours, I'm leaving this doesn't make any sense.

I recently changed tire/alignment shop because my vehicles/wheels were getting trashed. I visited Alpharetta location by recommendation from other car enthusiasts. Had two of my vehicles aligned and a set of tires mounted. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule and got me in and out quickly, with and without appointments. Prices were very competitive, and best of all, all the staffs were very respectful to me and to my vehicles. I no longer have to worry about techs inducing damages to my vehicles, and finally found a shop that I can trust. With that being said, I also highly recommend this shop. They certainly have earned my respect and future businesses.

I've chosen Butler Tires for my third time, each visit confirms why I keep coming back. I particularly come here for their selection of rims, and the service is always top-notch. A major highlight is Courtney, whose excellent service truly stands out. He goes above and beyond, ensuring that every aspect of my visit is smooth and satisfactory. Despite the longer drive to this location, bypassing other shops, it's unquestionably worth it for the quality of service and products I receive. For outstanding professionalism and customer care, Butler Tires is unbeatable. Highly recommended!
